Family Law Mediation

Family law litigation can be emotionally and financially tolling. Mediation can provide a structured environment where parties can discuss sensitive issues, explore practical solutions, and work toward a mutually acceptable agreement outside of trial.

Probate Mediation

Disputes involving estates, inheritances, and the administration of a loved one’s affairs can create stress and uncertainty for families. Mediation provides the opportunity to address disagreements in a confidential setting and provide the opportunity to work towards practical solutions without the expense and strain of prolonged litigation.

Mediation Outside of Court Cases

We look forward to the possibility of expanding our mediation services in the near future to include mediation of civil litigation cases in the near future.

Not every dispute is tied to a lawsuit. Voluntary mediation provides an opportunity for businesses, individuals, and organizations to resolve their conflicts through a neutral guided negotiation. Services include employment disputes, contract negotiations, business negotiations, partnership conflicts, and other issues not tied to an existing lawsuit.

Services Coming in the Future

Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in a variety of transactional matters. We assist clients with business formation, estate planning, uncontested divorces, prenuptial agreements, easement agreements, contract drafting and review, and other legal document preparation. Every document is carefully drafted and reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable laws while protecting your interests.
